Office 2021 Priced at $ 149.99 for Office Home & Student 2021
Earlier in 2019, Microsoft released Office 2019; after that, there was no new version, so it looked like the company will not release any standalone version of Office. However, the software giant has released new details of Office 2021.
Office 2021 Release Date
Microsoft will release Office 2021 globally on Tuesday, 5th October. It is the same date of the Windows 11 release, which will be a free update for Windows 10 users.
Pricing Details of Office 2021
The price for Office Home and Student 2021 is $149.99; it comes with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams for PC and Mac. The business version price is around $249, which also includes everything the same as the regular version with all business apps and features. The new version of Office will not use a subscription model for the pricing; it will get many features in Microsoft 365 like real-time co-authoring, OneDrive support, and Microsoft Teams integration. Office 2021 is designed to fit in with many other apps that are available on Windows 11. However, it will have a refreshed interface, round corners, and a neutral color palette. If you are interested, then you can check out all other details on the support document. Earlier, many features were only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers, but now Office 2021 brings many of that features, including document collaboration, Microsoft Teams video calling, and more. This new release brings new data types, improvements in editing, an updated draw tab, graphic format support, and more. Microsoft Office 2021 supports Windows 11, Windows 10, and the three latest versions of macOS.
